An AI agent is software that can handle a defined job on its own, like organizing files, prepping footage, or keeping a project on schedule, then pass the result to the next step. I built my own team of them, each with its own skills, to run the operational side of my work. The home page lists what they can do.
They are not separate tools I open one at a time. They share one record of every project, so when one finishes a job the next one already has what it needs. Files get named and filed as they arrive, deadlines and next steps stay in one place, finished work gets sized and scheduled, and the whole system checks itself, so a missed deadline or an undelivered file gets flagged before it becomes a problem. When I correct something, the correction sticks. When a job keeps repeating, it becomes a new skill.
The creative side stays human. Every concept, edit, and design decision is made by me, and anything that goes out to a person is approved by me first. The agents handle the repetitive work around it, so more of my time goes where it matters: the work itself. The result is faster turnaround, nothing forgotten, and a portfolio that stays current.
I don't replace what's already there, and I'm not here to replace people. I start by learning how your team and tools work, then look for the repetitive parts worth taking off their plate. Everything gets built around the software you already use.
The art stays human. Every creative decision, from the concept to the final cut, is made by a person, and the agents stay out of it. Their job is the busywork around the art, so the people on your team get more of their time back for the work only people can do.
